Winter in Durango

Is it just me, or is this one of the more mild winters we've had in a while?! Those who know me well know that I'm more of a sunny golf kind of guy, so even mild winters always seem extra cold to me. I like to use the cold weather as an excuse to spend extra time hanging out with my family - taking my 5-year-old daughter, Sofia, to her ice skating lessons at the Chapman Hill ice rink, watching basketball with my 2-year-old son, Julian, and catching up on projects around the house. Winter in Durango is a busy time. Many people are outside enjoying winter activities while I'm gearing up for another busy year in real estate. Things are moving right along in Southwestern Colorado and it's a really great time to buy! Interest rates are low and inventory is high.
