Happy Summer!

Oh, how I love summer in Durango.  The temperatures are perfect - not too hot during the day, and ideal sleeping temperatures at night.  The trees and grass are green, flowers are everywhere, the river is flowing and everyone is outside having fun!  I think I say this every season, but summer really IS my favorite time of year here! This summer is extra exciting for me because it's my first summer with my son, Julian, who will be 1 in September, and my daughter, Sofia, just started riding her bike!  She's 3 and a half and full of energy.  On top of it all, the real estate market is really picking up.  I've got lots of great listings right now and am working with some really great buyers too.  I'd love to help you sell or buy your next property this summer, just give me a call!
