As I write this, winter is melting away.  I see green grass and spring flowers, I can feel the warmth of the sun and I know that spring is in the air! Even though this winter was fairly mild, I think Durangoans really enjoy being outside without heavy jackets and boots!  Soon enough I'll be golfing and going for walks on the River Trail with my family. Spring is a great time for real estate and the market is moving right along in Southwestern Colorado.
