Summertime!

It's obvious that summer is in full swing in Durango.  Everywhere I look there are signs - the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Train is running regularly, there are rafters, tubers and kayakers in the Animas, the mountains have lost their last caps of snow and everyone is wearing shorts and flip flops!  I think I say this every season, but summer is my favorite.  Every day is gorgeous.  The weather is perfect, the days are long and the real esate market is in full swing.  Life is good in Southwestern Colorado.
